Well it's been over a year since we've posted here.... and a lot has happened!
We have moved from Broome to Perth. Justin has settled in nicely to the Perth radio station and has begun some great new projects at work that have kept him busy.
Danika is a PA/Admin Assistant/Receptionist at a company called "Evans and Peck". She is enjoying herself and likes the company.
2012 ended with a very trying period, with Danika's Pa being diagnosed with terminally ill cancer, he passed on December 14th. Justin's nephew Jai was playing in the backyard on November 29th, managed to get into the backyard pool and sadly drowned, passing on the 3rd December, exactly 18 months to the minute after he was born. Both Pa and Jai were huge parts of our life and the wounds are still very fresh and raw - every day they are thought about, talked about and photos are on full display - never will they be forgotten.
The wedding is two months away today - invitations have gone out, dresses have arrived, the paperwork has been lodged! Now it's time for the fun stuff (eg Cake Tasting!). The honeymoon is all booked but is a secret for Justin - watch this space for the destination release!!!
